Edible Rotherhithe fundraising target reached

We are pleased to say that the Edible Rotherhithe community garden build and Summer School fundraising campaign was successful. £15,761 was raised from 120 donors against an original target of £10,600 on Spacehive.  A very big thank you to British Land , Esmee Fairbairn , Greggs Foundation , Veolia Recycling Fund , Growing a Greener Britain, local restaurant The Yellow House and 114 individuals kindly donating towards the project; and STIHL for donating gardening equipment. We are also delighted by the fantastic support that the project received on social media. The Edible Rotherhithe project team is currently preparing the delivery plan to implement our exciting community project.
